Description
A Y2K full circle skirt in black with a subtle woven paisley brocade texture and a contrasting cream-and-black polka dot waistband. The skirt is cut with deep box pleats for volume, has a metal side zip and two decorative sun motif buttons at the waist. Three tabbed rings with lobster clips hold a small removable pouch finished with a matching polka-dot bow and a decorative button.
