A Kate Moss for Topshop Y2K black Winged Heart dress featuring a repeated small pink and cream motif with tiny green dots. It has a scooped neckline finished with a soft ruffle, an empire seam for light shaping, short fluted sleeves with a delicate lettuce edge and a self-tie belt to define the waist. The fabric is lightweight and slightly sheer, falling into a gently A-line skirt at a 35″ length from the collar.
